FAQ

How Often Should I Have Sessions?

I normally see clients on a weekly basis, if you are really struggling and require more consistent help, I can see you twice a week. You might, over time, feel like a session every fortnight is all you need. It's up to you.

How Many Sessions will I have?

The number of counselling sessions needed can vary. On average, clients have approximately six sessions. However, the frequency and duration of counselling are unique to each individual, as the journey of self-awareness, problem-solving, and change unfolds at different paces for different people. Some individuals may reach resolution in just a few sessions, while others may require a more extended period, depending on your personal circumstances and the specific changes you  aim to achieve.

How Do I Pay for Counselling Sessions?

I accept payment by cash, PayPal, Revolut, Bizum or bank transfer.
